Goaltender Marty Turco revealed a very tentative plan for his preseason. He would like to play in a couple of full games and a couple of partial ones early in the exhibition season, and then assess if he needs more work closer to the start of the regular schedule.

Turco says he and backup Corey Crawford are starting to develop a relationship. Turco, a strong puckhandler, even has Crawford working on that skill in order to create a more seamless transition in styles for the defense, no matter which goalie is playing.
